Darkness and Light have always been on opposing sides. Each has had their time of rule and their chance to control the flow of time and its events. Darkness has reigned over war and famine. Light has brought prosperity and times of peace. One can not exist without the other—but sometimes, it’s easier to destroy yourself to support a greater cause.
Today, you find yourself in Hawaii—the beautiful islands of relaxation and calm. This is the center of the struggle of light and darkness. Angels and Demons walk by us in our everyday lives, completely ignored by the closed minds of humans. However, the struggle has begun to shine through and humans are learning about events through visuals. The two sides have grown more careless in their attempts to destroy each other and the little slips are beginning to add up.
Some Angels and Demons are turning on their kind—the knowledge of what destruction can bring them too much to ignore. Others are fighting hard, too obsessed to care about consequences. And stuck in the middle of it all, the Gate Keeper attempts to keep a balance by sending the spirits of the dead to become Demons or Angels to support or hinder the cause.
Where do you find yourself in this mess? Have you already passed on and joined a side? Do you support or harm your kin’s cause? Will you be caught in the crossfire and come to understand what is really going on around you? Will you discover an angel or demon in your best friend? Or maybe you are simply going about your life and turning your nose up to events and ignoring them completely.

He turned on his heel and with a flourish pointed to his ship. "Then shall we board, Sepultura?" He smiled and hit a button lowering the ramp to the bowels of the small fighter.
"After you, Cylraph." He bowed slightly and allowed her to enter the ship before him.

Interesting for him maybe, but she, was definately expecting that. Not that it was bad, quite the opposite really. Made things so much easier for her. Pretty much everybody she met kissed her, and liked it. She smiled, her laugh though was silent and unnoticed. She found it quite amusing the effect she had on people so easily.
"Yours," he replied simply. She had stolen a Federation ship when she escaped, but soon abandoned it. Things were much less interesting when she had her own ship. When she didn't, and instead traveled between others both welcomed and not welcomed, things were much more fun.

Caheed decided to make things a little more interesting. He, using her hand in his, pulled her close and proceeded to kiss her. That moment was pure ecstasy. "Well my dear, I guess this is the beginning of the end." He laughed an almost maniacal laugh then started to almost dance around.
"So m'dear!" Caheed bellowed excitedly. "Shall we take my ship, or do you have one of your own?" He smiled.

"You already know the answer to that." She had to be literally incapable of giving a straight answer. It was enough of an explanation though when she took the extended hand, if he hadn't been positive already.
The fights were only part of the amusement, he was offering so much more than that. Oh she would surely love it, if she didn't she wouldn't be there, she'd find something she would love. Nothing was ever the same for her, different was what she strived for. perfect. He thought she had an edge on him, but she was thinking quite the opposite. She tended to do that though, never letting the edge she always had on people get to her and make her miss something.

He smiled and circled her running his lips across her shoulders and neck as he passed. "What do you say, Cylraph?" He now stood in front of her. "In?" He extended a hand. "Or out?" He turned the extended hand up and pointed behind her.
Life would sure be interesting for her. Assassinations, actual battles, hell possibly a public execution even. He would make sure she would love every moment of this war. Nothing would be the same for her. Her beauty entranced him. But he managed to keep his wits about him. She had enough of an edge. he didn't need to give her more.

He could use her if she let him use her. As long as he managed to keep her interest.
She had felt the fear coming from him, and just as easily she could feel him relax. She liked that effect, the fear. But it also meant her wasn't underestimating her, both good and bad. She might have to play this a bit more carefully.
He was wrong not to fear her really, just the animal alone wasn't enough to make her as dangerous as she was. She didn't just kill at nothing. She always had a reason, didn't have to be a good one a fair one or one that made any sense, but she always had one. She did what she wanted to and would benefit her. Why would she kill him when he was making life so fun?

Caheed smiled. He had won her over. He was no fool though. She was a wanderer. He could never control her. But he could use her until she was done with him. He calmed himself. He was bred to fear druids. She herself didn't really frighten him. It was what she was. He relaxed ever so slightly. He knew she would pick up on it, but he began to rethink his initial thoughts of her. He knew she was dangerous, but at this point he thought that she would need a fair enough reason to kill someone.

Oh his plan was good. It appealed to her so perfectly it was like he had designed it for such a purpose. In actuality, she had grown quite fond of this war. It made things interesting and exciting. But in time, she had seen so much of it. Interesting and exciting at some point grow boring and familiar, nothing can hold fascination forever. That was why she wandered, always looking for something, but not knowing what. The war was getting old, and his plan, wold ensure something much more interesting when it succeeded. A new faction, the fall of the others, and a new rise in power. Where this would leave the world was something completely new, unknown. And that's what she wanted. New, unknown.
She was aligned to neither Federation or Alliance, loyal to nobody. Honestly, she did not care for either, and neither would claim her. The Federation once had tried, and even in her very young age, they had failed, and it cost them. She was not one to be controlled. That was perhaps the one flaw in his vision- she would not remain wholly loyal even to his third faction that she would be a part in creating. She had her own ideals and agenda, she may benefit his plans, but she would follow those that were hers.
A compilation of the elite. Those who held certain unnatural powers, who's mysteries dug deeper than any others, who's minds were the most intriguing. She wanted this to come to pass in order to see these people. To know them, and eventually, understand them, as she wished to understand everything. He meant to take out the key power holders, this, was the most tempting challenge. She did not want a peaceful resolution.
He went on to describe her necessity in this, revealing a few things he had picked up, but nothing she hadn't expected. He feared for his life when he called her a Druid, but once again he was analyzing her incorrectly. It did not surprise her that he knew, actually becoming quite amusing that he made such a deal of the fact. This brought a smile to her lips, a light laugh escaping her throat. "Secrets are best kept when one need speak only truth." She never needed to lie, not really. She just didn't reveal the truth. She kept secrets, but never downright blatantly spoke an untruth. It was rude. Why tell him he's wrong, when it is so obvious he is correct. But also, why reveal everything, when nothing needs to be revealed. Technically, she neither confirmed nor denied anything. Yes, she was a druid, and a rather complicated one at that- something even she did not know the full complexity of. Druids tended to complicate things, simply because of what they are and their now severe rarity, she took that to an extreme.
he had her on board to his plan. At least for now.
